ATTENTION COLLEGE PARK HS ALUMNI AND CURRENT STUDENTS - TIPS TO AVOID PROCESSING DELAYS:
Please complete the Transcript Request and I will have it electronically sent on your behalf within 48 to 72 hours, M-F, excluding holidays.
--Provide your LEGAL NAME, BIRTH DATE and the LAST YEAR YOU ATTENDED College Park. These three items must match the College Park record you order or it will be cancelled with a request to correct and resubmit.
--If you are a current student, please use the anticipated year that you will graduate (i.e. if you are attending CPHS in 2027-2028, your graduation year will be 2028)
--Use your personal email - NOT @student@mdusd.net. This email will deactivate shortly after you graduate or disenroll.
--Parents requests will be honored if the student is UNDER AGE 18. If the student is over 18 the order will be cancelled with a request
to correct and resubmit. We cannot honor requests if the FERPA consent form does not have the proper signature.
