When creating your New Learner Account, please use the Parchment Registration Code which has been sent to your CEC student email. If you already have an account, please click on the “Existing User Account” icon above.
Transcript requests to colleges and universities will be given priority processing and sent within five business days of the request. Please allow ten business days for Unofficial Self View requests and transcripts sent to a personal email.
