Ordering Transcript for SF Match or ResidencyCAS:

When ordering a eTranscript, specify "SF Match" or "ResidencyCAS" in the 'Destination Name' box and medreg@georgetown.edu in the 'Email' box. The transcript will be uploaded directly into the respective portal by the Registrar's Office.

GUSOM Dental Students:

GUSOM Dental records are not available through Parchment. Please email medreg@georgetown.edu to request these records. Allow for at least 3-5 business days to fulfill the request.

Transcripts for Fellowship application through midus:

When ordering a eTranscript, specify "MIDUS" in the 'Destination Name' box and medreg@georgetown.edu in the 'Email' box. The transcript will be uploaded directly into MIDUS/ERAS by the Registrar's Office.

Additional Steps for VSLO Requests:

When ordering a eTranscript, specify "VSLO" in the 'Destination Name' box and medreg@georgetown.edu in the 'Email' box. The transcript will be uploaded directly into VSLO by the Registrar's Office.
