Students who want to make sure their Spring 2026 semester grades are posted to their transcripts before it is sent should select "Hold for Grades" during the order process. We will then release your transcript after Spring 2026 grades are posted. Students who want to make sure their awarded degree is reflected on their transcript after the Spring 2026 term should select "Hold for Degree" during the order process. We will then release your transcript after degrees are awarded. Students who wish to order a replacement diploma, please note the following: If the name to be printed on replacement diploma is different from the name on the original diploma, a copy of your Social Security card will need to be presented to the Registrar's Office to complete the Legal Name Change process.
