Welcome to Avila University’s online transcript ordering system.
Avila has partnered with Parchment by Instructure for quick, convenient, and secure transcript printing and delivery. Transcript orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
Important information before you begin:
•If you attended prior to 1988, your order may require 3-5 business days for processing. These
orders are only available to print. We are unable to provide electronic copies of your transcript.
•Check with the recipient to confirm what format of transcript is acceptable. Not every recipient
will accept electronic transcripts. The University will not reissue transcript orders or provide
refunds for orders once they are processed.
•Have any documentation ready for upload if necessary.
•Have payment information ready.
•Holds on your account will delay processing and delivery of transcripts. If you have a hold, you
will receive a message on the order screen indicating the hold type and contact information. You
will not be able to place an order until the hold(s) is resolved.
Once you place your order you will receive order status updates, online order tracking, and email notifications of any delays.
