Complete the following online form to request your MGCCC official transcript. The transcript ordering fee will be waived for the initial two official transcripts for all current students and alumni (processing fee will still apply). If your MGCCC account contains errors or holds, they must be resolved within 30 days or your transcript order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.
