It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer. We will also mail your duplicate diploma/certificate to the address you choose along with an electronic diploma sent to your email. Apostille materials are mailed directly to the North Dakota Secretary of State's office for processing.
