CERTIFICATES & DIPLOMA'S:
If you have recently completed your degree, a FREE diploma will be automatically mailed to the address you have on file in ctcLink. Diploma's will be ordered approximately 4 weeks after the end of term and cannot be fulfilled sooner.
NOTE ON DIPLOMA'S: You’ll receive confirmation that your diploma has been ordered when your digital diploma is issued. After you receive that digital copy, you may request an additional printed diploma if you need one. Please note that any order placed before the initial diploma has been processed will be cancelled to ensure you are not charged for your free diploma.
NOTES ON TRANSCRIPTS:
Transcript orders are processed via a manual process and do not arrive immediately. Processing can take 3-5 business days. Please plan accordingly.
Are you currently enrolled or about to graduate? Consider selecting the transcript option to:
- Hold for grades
- Hold for degree
Once a transcript is issued, it cannot be recalled.
