Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.
Transcript Processing: It may take 1-3 business days (Monday- Thursday) after the transcript order has been placed for the request to be processed.
Degree's earned at the end of a term may take may take 4-5 weeks to be issued and listed on transcripts. When ordering your transcript if you want your degree(s) to show on the transcript please select the option to "Hold for Degree". Once the degree has been issued and posted to the transcript the request will be processed.
Please be aware if you order the transcript to be sent to yourself once you open it, it is no longer considered official.

NOTICE Prior to Fall Term 2013:
Please be aware that as of Fall Term 2013, CGCC obtained independent accreditation and is no longer connected to Portland Community College (PCC). Classes taken prior to Fall 2013 will be recorded at PCC, and official/unofficial transcripts for that time period will need to be ordered from PCC. Classes taken at CGCC through PCC during that time period will NOT appear on CGCC transcripts. PCC uses an electronic service for transcripts. Please visit their website to order your transcript.
