To create a learner account on Parchment, visit parchment.com and select "Create Account". Choose the "Learners/Parents" icon, provide your legal name, date of birth, highest level of education, a non-district email, and create a password. You'll receive a verification code via email to complete the registration process. Once logged in, you can add your school and request transcripts.
