Use this website only to request a transcript be sent to a college. All other transcript requests should be placed through the high school office at 812-397-2132. Transcript requests will NOT be processed online from June 9 - July 31. To make a transcript request during these dates should call the school at 812-397-2132 from June 9 through June 28 and call the corporation office at 383-5761 from July 1 - 31.
