IMPORTANT: The information in your Parchment profile such as name, DOB, year of graduation, etc. MUST match your school records at North. If the information you input into Parchment does not match, your transcript will not be sent. If you make a change to your profile after requesting a transcript, you will need to resubmit your transcript request. Always use the tracking feature in Parchment to ensure your transcript has arrived at its destination.
