The District is happy to have completed another college application season using the electronic transcript service, Parchment. The main purpose of Parchment is for seniors who need an official transcript when applying to a college or when applying for scholarships in their senior year.
Juniors/Rising seniors requesting transcripts over the summer will have requests held until they meet with their counselors the first week of school in September. The registrar can recommend a course of action depending upon the student's needs that require official transcripts.
It is strongly recommended that underclassmen use the new Student Information System - Synergy to view their course history. Progress reports and report cards are available in the system. Ninth graders will need to complete semester one before a transcript is available. Underclassmen that need an official transcript should contact the registrar in the counseling office for more information.
