Welcome to AJU's Parchment Portal.
We're offering this service to make ordering OFFICIAL AJU transcripts, enrollment verifications, and replacement diplomas easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school or institution, and will deliver your transcripts to the organizations you choose in the format they prefer.
To send a transcript, enrollment verification, or replacement diploma to yourself, please select "I'm sending to myself or another individual." For electronic documents, you will receive an email from us via Parchment when your transcript is available for you to access. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox after 5 business days. Your access to download your electronic transcript will expire after 30 calendar days.
Please note that when the office is closed (during federal holidays and high holy day observances), your request will not be processed until the next available business day. We apologize for the inconvenience.
MILLER INTRO TO JUDAISM PARTICIPANTS: You do not need to complete this form. Please contact intro@aju.edu for record information.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS: If you are requesting a copy of your Unofficial Transcript, which can be sent via email as a pdf attachment, please email registrar@aju.edu. You will need to include your name at the time you attended AJU, and your date of birth or last four of your SSN for verification.
