In order for us to efficiently process your requests, please make sure the name you register your account with is your name as it appears on your birth certificate. In your request, please be sure to include your student number (NOT YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER), the LEGAL NAME you USED WHILE ATTENDING Chaparral HS and any other information requested by Parchment Exchange. Orders will be filled within three days of your request. The receiving institution will have to upload the record to your portal.
