Please be sure your Parchment account is set up using your full legal name as listed on your birth certificate so the name on your Parchment account will match to the full legal name listed on your high school transcript. Also, you will need to set up your Parchment account using your personal email address, not your SACS email. Once you graduate, your SACS email account is no longer accessible.
