San Diego Community College District (City College, Mesa College, Miramar College)

All coursework taken at San Diego City College, Mesa College, and Miramar College will appear on one transcript. It is the student's responsibility to confirm with the recipient the accepted transcript delivery method and address. Changes to the delivery method or address will require a new transcript order. Students may request their preferred name to appear on transcripts. This name will match what is listed in their mySDCCD portal. If needed, preferred name should be updated in the portal before submitting a transcript request. If the student no longer has access to their mySDDCD account, students can call 619-388-6924 for assistance with preferred name updates. Students are responsible for informing recipients of their preferred name. Please verify all grades have been posted if selecting to have the transcript go out at the time of ordering. Refunds or complimentary reorders will not be offered. Students who would like to place their transcript request on hold for Spring 2026 grades should submit their order on or after January 21, 2026. These transcripts will be released on June 15, 2026.
