The Harvard Divinity School Registrar's Office (HDS) only maintains records for HDS. To order a transcript from any other Harvard University school, do not use this ordering page. Contact the Registrar's Office for your Harvard school to find out how that Registrar's Office sends transcripts.
For students who attended HDS before 2001, please note that your transcript might not be immediately fulfilled, as some records are paper-based only, and for many older records we are unable to produce an electronic copy. Please expect up to 7 business days to locate these records. We will reach out to you to confirm where a physical copy of the transcript should be sent.
