Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.
If you receive an email with a subject of your document is on hold, rest assured that your transcript will be processed. Parchment is looking into this issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.
For students who no longer have access to their ACES account, Parchment has instructed that a NEW Parchment account needs to be created with a personal email address in order to request a transcript.
The Alamo Colleges District will be closed for our Easter Holiday on April 03, 2026. Transcript requests may continue to be submitted during our closure. We will resume regular operating hours on April 06, 2026. Any transcript requests needing attention will be addressed upon our return.
