Due to system upgrades, City Colleges of Chicago will not be able to produce official transcripts from February 27th - March 3rd. Please allow additional processing time. Students are still able to request a transcript through the Parchment.com system and the requests will be fulfilled starting on March 4th. Transcript requests are processed in the order they are received. Unless you have a hold on your account, requests are normally processed within 3-5 business days, except during periods of peak volume when additional time may be required.
