Welcome to Parchment. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for NWCC, and will deliver your transcripts to the college(s) you choose in the format they prefer. You can also send it to other agencies and individuals.
Below is some helpful information:
The charge for all electronic send transcripts will cost $10 plus applicable sales tax and $13.00 plus applicable sales tax for print and mail transcripts.
Priority Planning:
Place your transcript order in time to allow for processing and mailing if needed. If NWCC is closed for a holiday, etc., your transcript will not be processed until we reopen.
Transcripts must be requested through this electronic form. If you come to campus to pick up your transcript, please bring a photo ID. No transcript requests are accepted via email or over the phone. All electronic orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days of the receipt of the completed order, with the exception of extended holiday closures. Orders placed during a closure will be processed as soon as possible upon reopening.
Holds:
If you have a hold on your account, your transcript can not be processed. If you place an order and have a hold on your account, your request will be placed on hold. If you have an order placed on hold, it is highly recommended that you contact the Registrar's Office (662-562-3219) and let them know when your hold has been cleared so your transcript can be processed without further delay.
It is the requester's responsibility to determine that you are sending your transcript to the correct place and in the correct format. We recommend that you contact the receiving institution/person to determine how they prefer to receive your transcript.
