Welcome to the Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science online document ordering service. If you need to request official transcripts, enrollment verifications, or replacement diplomas, you must log in to your existing Parchment account or create a new one if you are a first-time user. Please note: when creating your account, be sure to use a non-CDU email address.
If you have a form that needs to be sent with your transcript or enrollment verification request, you may upload it during the online ordering process. Before uploading, be sure to complete and sign all required student sections of the form.
If you are part of the Drew-UCLA Medical Education Program and are requesting transcripts for the Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree, you must request them through the UCLA Registrar's Office. Please visit the UCLA Registrar’s Office website for more information.
For residency verification, requests may be submitted by U.S. mail or email. To submit by mail, send your request to: Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, Attn: Graduate Medical Education, 1731 East 120th Street, Los Angeles, California 90059. To submit by email, send your request to gmeoffice@cdrewu.edu
- Verifications are typically completed within one to two weeks of the Graduate Medical Education Office receiving your request. For faster processing, we recommend sending verifications by email whenever possible.
