Welcome to Parchment! Ordering transcripts through Parchment is easy and efficient. Requests are typically completed within 3–5 business days. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or if a transcript hold exists. For questions about holds or account status, contact Student Accounts at 563.589.3212. Rush transcripts are $25 and processed same day when ordered Mon–Thu 8am–3pm CST or Fri 8–11am CST, provided there is no hold.
