West Coast Baptist College has partnered with Parchment to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of your WCBC transcripts.
Transcripts are sent out weekly.
Unofficial transcripts are available for download on the student portal for those who still have access to their student portal.
SECURITY FEATURES
A unique serial number (DID) visibly displayed on the document
Multiple security features on paper transcripts including photocopy protection, embedded official document anti-copy watermark visible when held at a 45 degree angle, anti-copy coin rub, and a hidden seal visible under black light
Passcode-protection with an embedded Blue Ribbon certified electronic signature
Only the intended recipient can open the digital transcript and view the electronic signature.
When saved by the recipient, the embedded electronic signature within the transcript disappears. This feature is in accordance with industry standards on digital document security.
The recipient may save the digital transcript as a PDF file or print the PDF document for authorized use.
The recipient will have 30 days from the delivery date to retrieve the digital transcript. Once retrieved, the recipient may download the digital transcript 3 times.
