***RICHLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE ALLOWS 3 FREE TRANSCRIPTS PER FISCAL YEAR (7/1/XXXX TO 6/30/XXXX). AFTER THE FIRST 3 TRANSCRIPTS, A CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED, $3.40 PLUS TAX FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPTS, $5.90 PLUS TAX FOR PAPER TRANSCRIPTS***
Official transcripts should be ordered when:
1) Transferring to another college or university
2) Needed for a job promotion/application
3) An official transcript is required by an entity
Students (and alumni) also have access to their academic record through myRichland (http://my.richland.edu) by logging in and going to My Student Info and choosing Unofficial Transcript.
