Student SHOULD SEND transcripts direct to a school or employer. Any transcript sent to a student via email or mail, opened, will be considered UNOFFICIAL.
Transcripts cannot be ordered and picked up on campus. All transcripts will come from Parchment to the school, employer, scholarship, accrediting agency, or student direct. We do not print transcripts on campus.

Students who took Workforce Continuing Education (Real Estate, CNA, Notary, CDL, Fire/EMT) should contact wce@carteret.edu for an official transcript.
Archive transcripts are those from 1963-2005. If you were a student prior to 2005, please allow 2-3 weeks to archive your transcript from quarter hours to semester hours.
Holds may include financial indebtedness to the college or Financial Aid flags. These must be taken care of prior to transcripts being sent.
During Fall and Spring semesters transcripts are approved to be processed M-F one (1) time per day, excluding holidays where the college is closed. During summer semester transcripts are approved to be processed M-Th one (1) time per day. The college will be closed on the following Holidays each year: New Year's Day, M. L. King Jr Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving, and 4 days during Christmas. Please see our Academic Calendar for specifics.
Any transcript ordered within two week of the semester end date will be processed after all grades and graduation have been posted for that semester unless you contact us to have sent immediately at 252-222-6150.
