Giving us your student ID if you know it, your first and last name as it was when you were enrolled at Salem State, your date of birth and the last four digits of your SSN will ensure the fastest processing time on your transcript. Also, don't miss the link when creating your learner account for telling us about an alternative name (such as your unmarried name) you may have used in the past.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR GRADUATING STUDENTS: It can take several weeks for your degree to be conferred. If you need a transcript that shows your degree, please wait until you see your degree on your unofficial transcript in Navigator before ordering an official transcript here.
