If you would like us to hold your transcript until grades are posted for the current semester, please
indicate "Next Grading Period Transcript" on the Review Destinations page. Or, if you would like us to
hold your transcript until your degree has been awarded, type "Hold for Degree" and indicate when
the degree will be awarded in the Special Handling section on the Review Destination page. Please
remember that any financial obligations or administrative holds with Coffeyville Community College
must be resolved with the appropriate campus office before release of the transcript.

THE COLLEGE'S OFFICIAL BUSINESS HOURS.
PLEASE NOTE: Coffeyville Community College is closed for Thanksgiving from November 27-29, closed for Christmas from December 19 - January 6. Transcript requests will be processed upon our return.
