December 2025 Graduates: Diplomas and Academic Certificates will be issued towards the end of April. We appreciate your understanding as we are working as quickly as possible to update student records.
September 2025 Graduates: Digital credentials were sent by Parchment on 10 February 2026. Students will receive an email from Parchment when printed documents are mailed. In the meantime, final transcripts are available through Parchment.com

Additional or Replacement Diplomas/Certificates – 30 days
Do not place an order using a government/military address (NOT .gov, .mil, or nps.edu) - The government & military digital security systems do not permit email or attachments from most civilian businesses such as Parchment.com. - You may check with your Command's tech support dept to inquire about establishing @parchment.com as a safe/trusted source.
