When you place a transcript order, if you choose "Send Now", the Office of the Registrar will process your order within 3-5 business days. Our office typically processes orders Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm. We are closed for major holidays and weekends.
Every official transcript includes the entire educational record for a student, at all levels of study in Eastern University, Palmer Theological Seminary, and/or Esperanza College.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event that a student has a Student Account hold, we are unable to release transcripts. We encourage you to confirm your account status by reviewing your bill in myEastern or contacting Student Accounts at student.accounts@eastern.edu.
