SANS Technology Institute has partnered with Parchment to streamline ordering of academic records. Parchment will deliver your transcripts, enrollment verification, or replacement diploma to the location you choose in either an electronic or paper format. Students can request unofficial transcripts from their Student Advisor.
Requests are processed weekly (usually Tuesdays). Electronic records will be delivered within 5 business days and paper records will be delivered within 7-21 business days once processing is complete.
Third party entities requesting records MUST upload a signed FERPA-compliant authorization from the applicable student before records will be released.
*NOTE: If you are a new student who has not yet started classes, please wait until AFTER the first day of class to request enrollment verification, as we are unable to fulfill verification requests until you have officially begun your first course.*
