Welcome to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine (UCCOM) transcript portal! This portal is for ordering Doctor of Medicine (MD) transcripts ONLY.
For dual-degree holders (e.g., MD/PhD, MD/MPH):
Please add University of Cincinnati-Main Campus to your Parchment account dashboard (instructions below). Request your MD transcript through the UCCOM portal here and place a separate order for the non-MD portion of your degree via the University of Cincinnati-Main Campus portal.
If you attended the University of Cincinnati and earned any degree other than MD (e.g. BS, MS, BSN):
Please exit this portal and add University of Cincinnati-Main Campus to your Parchment account dashboard to place your transcript order through that portal (instructions below).
To add another school to your Parchment dashboard:
Click <+Add Another School or Organization> on your dashboard page. Search for "University of Cincinnati-Main Campus" (or the appropriate institution) and click <ADD>.
