You will need to create a new account on this system to begin the ordering process. Be sure to have your student ID number available when ordering. Your Student ID can be found using your IOnline account and you will find it within your student profile.
Transcript Orders will be processed by Parchment Inc. on a regular basis during regular business hours. Requests should be made well in advance of the date that the transcript will be needed. Transcripts will be sent after a request is received, provided the student has no restrictions to prevent this.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS THAT NEED TO BE ATTACHED TO A TRANSCRIPT REQUEST: If you have a document that requires Institute verification/signatures to be included with your transcript request and delivery, the document must be completed and returned to you BEFORE you submit your transcript request. Be sure to allow ample time for forms to be completed and returned to you for inclusion with your transcript request.
For replacement diploma orders, diplomas cannot be delivered to a P.O. box. Please be sure to provide a valid mailing address when requesting.
