Mail and PDF transcripts are $10 per copy. Additional mailing options are available for additional charges. Pick-up service is no longer available. Oak Point University is closed effective April 19, 2024. All transcript records are final as of that date. Effective May 2024 Lewis University is the custodian of transcript records and handling transcript order fulfillment.
Please note that once your transcript is opened, it is no longer considered official after the initial opening. Please keep this in mind if you are intending to send your transcript to a recipient; DO NOT first send it to yourself, open it, and then forward it on via email, as this will mark it unofficial. Make sure the recipient is listed as the initial receiver.
