Electronic transcripts are available for all current students and former students for a fee of $10.
Standard processing time is 7-10 business days, plus standard mailing time. Additional processing time can be expected when the Office of the Registrar is closed. For an additional charge, shipping via FedEx may be available which allows for tracking once the transcript(s) are sent.
For your transcript order to be processed expeditiously, you must indicate which college(s) you attended: St. Catherine University (previously College of St. Catherine), St. Mary’s Junior College, Sister Rosalind Gefre, Abbott Northwestern Hospital School of Radiologic Technology, and/or UMMC, Fairview Radiation Therapy Program. Master of Social Work students who graduated prior to Fall 2019: St. Catherine University is not the custodian of your official academic record. Please order through the University of St.Thomas registrar.
Sr Rosalind Gefre, Abbott Northwestern Hospital School of Radiologic Technology, & UMMC, Fairview Radiation Therapy Program students: St. Catherine University is the custodian of your official academic record, complete the request. The fee for non-St. Kate's transcripts is $7.
Master of Library Science: Please order your transcript through Parchment. However, if Dominican University granted your degree, please contact Dominican University to obtain an official transcript.
St. Catherine University transcripts do not have to be ordered and sent to the St. Catherine University Admissions Office. Admissions will obtain your records internally.
Transcript requests will not be processed if there is a hold on your account or the order has not been authorized. Notification of any holds will be sent to the email address provided in the order, along with information on who to contact to resolve the hold. Students whose hold is placed by the Student Accounts Office will be reviewed for release of the official transcript. Forms the recipient requires to be sent with the transcript, such as Centralized Application Service forms and application/scholarship transcript forms, can be uploaded directly with your order. Other attachments, such as personal correspondence or resumes, can now be included as well.
