If you have a recent name change, Indiana Wesleyan University will deliver your transcript with the name we have on file. If you wish to update your name, please send the appropriate documentation (e.g. copy of marriage license, driver's license) to IWU at registrar@indwes.edu BEFORE submitting your transcript request.
