Diplomas are issued at graduation and are available to pick up on the day after graduation each year. Diplomas are never mailed home. Only the student, with valid ID, or the parent (if the student is under 18) may pick up a diploma. Diplomas may not be picked up by friends or other relatives who are not the legal guardian. Diplomas that are not picked up after graduation are held indefinitely in the records office. Please email the registrar to arrange a time to pick up your diploma.
PLEASE NOTE: CHARTER OAK HIGH SCHOOL ISSUES ONLY ONE DIPLOMA PER GRADUATE. IT IS THE GRADUATE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE DIPLOMA SAFE. WE DO NOT HAVE DUPLICATES, COPIES OR DIGITAL DIPLOMAS.
If you are in need of official documentation and proof of graduation for college, employment, or the military please order a transcript here as it is the official proof of graduation and contains your graduation date along with other personal and identifying information.
