ALL REQUESTORS - Tips to avoid processing delays:
--Provide your LEGAL NAME, BIRTH DATE and the LAST YEAR YOU ATTENDED West Park. These three items must match the West Park HS record or your order will be cancelled with a request to correct and resubmit.
--If you are a current student, please indicate the anticipated year that you will graduate (i.e. if you are attending WHS in 2027-2028, your graduation year will be 2028)
--Use your personal email - NOT @student.rjuhsd.us. This email will deactivate shortly after you graduate or disenroll.
--Parents requests will be honored if the student is UNDER AGE 18. If the student is over 18 the order will be cancelled with a request to correct and resubmit. We cannot honor requests if the FERPA consent form does not have the proper signature.
