It's also more efficient for your school and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer. Please see the below for important updates and information: ATTENTION ALUMNI As part of Lewis University's updated account lifecycle policy, your Lewis University email account will be deactivated on August 15, 2025 if it has been more than 12 months since you graduated or were last enrolled in a course. To update your Lewis email to your personal email on your Parchment account please take the following steps: https://vimeo.com/showcase/9820423/video/729382078 TRANSCRIPT FEE INCREASE Effective at the start of Spring 2026 semester transcript fees will increase to $9 per transcript. Starting in the 2026-2027 academic year transcript fees will increase to $10 per transcript. ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPTS Students are strongly encouraged to send transcripts electronically whenever possible. Electronic transcripts are faster, more secure, easier to track, typically preferred by the recipient, and less expensive. MAIL ORDERS All mail orders will be mailed directly through Parchment. Students electing to mail transcripts will incur mailing fees which are outlined below: For orders mailed to a US address, the additional fee is $2.75 For orders mailed internationally, the additional fee is $5.75 For FedEx orders within the US, the additional fee is $33 For FedEx orders for international delivery, the additional fee is $60 The above mailing fees options are added the overall cost of the transcript ($9 per transcript) and are not the final cost paid by the student. Students will no longer be able to order a transcript for pick up. If a transcript is needed, students will be able to order a transcript for electronic or mail delivery. The Office of the Registrar will continue to ask students to place orders using Parchment. In person and walk in requests are not accepted. ATTENTION FORMER ST. AUGUSTINE COLLEGE STUDENTS Official Transcripts for St. Augustine College students for coursework completed prior to the merger should be ordered with following link: https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/welcome We are in the process of converting all St. Augustine transcript ordering through this Parchment site. Once finalized you will be able to order through Parchment and no longer need to request through Student Clearinghouse. ATTENTION OAK POINT UNIVERSITY STUDENTS Official Transcripts for Oak Point University students should be ordered with the following link: https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/23079623/institution The above ordering information is not applicable to former Oak Point students/Oak Point alumni.
