Were happy you're here. The Orange County Department of Education uses Parchment to make sending transcripts simple and stress free.
Students and parents can send ACCESS and Connections transcripts, including Pacific Coast High School, ACCESS County Community Schools, ACCESS Juvenile Court Schools, College and Career Preparatory Academy, and Sunburst Youth Academy electronically at no cost. Parchment delivers your transcript quickly, securely, and directly to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer. You can also request transcripts for your own records.
Please note that third party requests do include a fee.
If you choose to have a transcript mailed, there will be an additional cost to mail transcripts outside of the United States. Mailing fees vary depending on the delivery method, FedEx is more expensive than standard U.S. mail.
