Welcome to Parchment, HPW's official provider for transcript requests. We’ve partnered with Parchment to offer students and alumni a secure, streamlined way to send transcripts to colleges, employers, and other institutions – digitally or by mail.
For Currently Enrolled Students:
• Electronic transcripts requested through Parchment are available at no charge.
• If a paper copy of your transcript needs to be mailed, please contact the HPW Front Office. We will mail one paper copy at no cost.
• All additional or non-standard paper transcript requests must be placed through Parchment and are subject to their standard processing and mailing fees.
For Alumni:
• Alumni must use Parchment to request official transcripts or graduation verifications.
• Fees apply for alumni transcript requests. These are set by Parchment and vary depending on delivery method and destination.
Important Reminders:
• Be sure to verify that your grades, GPA, and graduation status are accurate and final before submitting your transcript request.
• No refunds will be issued for transcripts ordered before records are complete or for incorrect information submitted during the request process.
• Use your legal name and double-check your birthdate and graduation year to prevent delays.
• Need to update your transcript in Parchment? Click the "Update" button once – this sends a request to our registrar to upload the latest version.
• Your transcript does not include ACT, SAT, or AP scores. These must be requested separately from the appropriate testing agency.
